The way you dive into the absurdity of treating potato chips and cabbage with the kind of reverence usually reserved for fine wine is comedy gold. Potato chip season here in the Northwest is July to coincide with clam dip and gin and tonic seasons. Our native Tim's chips are too sad in the dreary winter.
