Well, I'm writing this comment from bed with a stiff neck after a bad night's approximation of sleep and a failed foray into the real world in which I treated myself to a coffee and then realized I was going to cry from sheer stress in public. So you're a prophet or something.

This was very nice to read on a morning in which many of us are likely also swallowing panic attacks in order to perform our roles as functioning, employed, responsible human beings.

You left out the foetal position step and the cold sweats out of nowhere step and the prising your hands off the steering wheel step but hey - those eggs still sound good.
